Right to Information
Mindtech Ltd. ensures that data subjects are provided with all relevant information as outlined in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, as well as the rights detailed in Articles 15 to 22 and 34. This information is presented in a concise, transparent, intelligible, and easily accessible manner, using clear and plain language.
Right of Access
Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether their personal data is being processed. If processing is taking place, they have the right to access their personal data and receive information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data involved, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data has been or will be disclosed, including those in third countries or international organizations. Data subjects also have the right to know the envisaged period for which the data will be stored, as well as their rights to request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and to object to processing. They can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and receive information on the sources of the data. Additionally, they should be informed about the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, with clear details about the logic used, the significance of such processing, and its likely consequences. The controller will provide this information within a maximum of one month from the date of the request.
Right of Rectification
The data subject may request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning them that is processed by the Controller, as well as the completion of any incomplete data.
Right to Erasure
The data subject has the right to request the erasure of their personal data by Mindtech Ltd. without undue delay if one of the following grounds applies:
The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
The data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing was based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
The data subject objects to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing.

The data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction shall apply for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
The processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests instead the restriction of its use.
The controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the data subject requires it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
The data subject objects to the processing; in this case, the restriction shall apply until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.
When processing is restricted, personal data, other than storage, may only be processed with the consent of the data subject, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or important public interest of the Union or a Member State.
Right to Data Portability

The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data if it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, or if it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, including profiling based on these provisions. If an objection is raised, the controller may no longer process the personal data, except on compelling legitimate grounds that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Automated Decision-Making on Individual Cases, Including Profiling
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them.
Right of Withdrawal
The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
Right to Apply to the Courts
The data subject may take legal action against the controller in the event of a breach of their rights. The court shall rule on the case out of turn.
