Digitizing the waste management and recycling system for the city of San Francisco
Our project goal was to digitize the waste management system for one of the largest US cities. This transformation would facilitate better resource allocation, reducing fuel consumption and labor costs, while improving the overall environmental impact. Additionally, smart containers equipped with sensors could provide data on waste levels, leading to more timely and effective collection schedules and significantly reducing overflow and litter issues. Our team created a user-friendly mobile app that is connected to smart containers to simplify the recycling process for citizens, and a smart cloud-based waste management system to manage the data and the remote locations effectively. During the development we were working closely with the municipal recycling facility gaining hands-on knowledge on the industry.This project highlighted our expertise in digital transformation, cloud solutions, web development, app development while contributing to San Francisco's sustainability efforts, and showcased our skills in the fields of building a scalable, secure, and high quality system.
Redesign and cross-platform app development for Fishinda
We teamed up with Fishinda, the largest social platform for anglers in the Central European Region, to make their app better and more fun to use. Our team did a complete UX / UI overhaul to make it more engaging and user-friendly. We also advised on how to distribute the app more effectively. On top of that, we re-developed the app in React Native for a smooth experience on both iOS and Android. The client was thrilled with the results, praising our improvements in UI design, app development, and distribution strategy.
Mazed messaging platform backend for a Copenhagen startup
Appmazed, a fun startup from Copenhagen, Denmark, lets users send entertaining visual messages to each other. They partnered with Mindtech Apps to build a robust cloud backend for their Mazed Pro, ensuring everything scales smoothly for their growing user base.
Digital Economy Tax Tracker
KPMG Hungary hired us to develop a mobile app helping its clients to stay on top of changes in the world of tax. This way KPMG Hungary could provide relevant information for clients more flexibly.
Smart Mobility in Vienna
Wien Energie, the largest energy provider in Austria, invited us to its tender with a focus on designing an app which would widen its e-mobility services and improve the user experience. We created a high-fidelity wireframe for an app that helps users access the energy they produced at home by solar cells constrainedly.
The legendary 'Before I Die' wall rethought and remade.
The Banner Casting agency has raised the 'Before I Die' wall at the Sziget Festival every year since 2011, where festival-goers could write up their dreams and goals. To modernize the installation they tasked us with a Java based application for tablets that records plays video messages back of the visitors talking about their aspirations.

Reading has never been this much fun before
The goal of Cheekyheads is to bring reading closer to the younger generations. The application was made specifically for children reading on tablets, who can get to know the stories and tales in a playful manner via animations and illustrations.
